Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Tewkesbury Rugby Football Club Limited will be held on Thursday 20th May at 7.00 pm at The Moats, Gander Lane, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire.
Voting rights; are held by fully paid-up Life, Club 40 / VP members, and those who have paid the full senior players membership for Seasons 2018/2019 or 2020/2021.
Proxy votes issues to be raised only with written permission from paid-up full members.
The meeting will be held under strict Covid guidelines. Further details to follow.
