Nestled just behind Tewkesbury Abbey just minutes from Tewkesbury town centre, our clubhouse and grounds offer the perfect venue to create a memorable day.
Available for hire both day and night* to members and non-members. We are also well equipped to welcome local businesses who are looking for a location to hold business meetings, training, presentations, team building events or office party!
Our friendly team are on hand to help you arrange catering, bands, discos and entertainers or any other requirements you may need, so that you can be sure your event will be safe and memorable.

*Availability can be limited during the Rugby season (September – March) and therefore Exclusive use e.g. use for you and your guests only can be restricted. The clubhouse can also be hired on a Non-Exclusive basis meaning you can use the clubhouse but it will also be open to our members.
Wedding
Relaxed and informal atmosphere to host your wedding reception or civil partnership celebration. Outside seating is also available. If you have more than 110 seated guests then talk to us about our maquee hire.

Our informal surroundings are the perfect place to remember the passing of a loved one, where you can share your memories with friends and family.

Catering
Our flexible catering allows you to decide! We have a range of packages available to include a wide range of different buffet options to suit the type of event you are planning or to suit your budget. All our buffets are freshly prepared in-house.
Alternatively use your own caterers, or bring your own food (we are more than happy for you to use our kitchen for preparation).
Entertainment
Again, we are very flexible in terms of what entertainment you would like at your event. We have a number of different bands and discos we have used, but you are more than welcome to bring your favourite disco, band or entertainer to the clubhouse.
