With the end of the season coming to a close within the next few weeks, our Junior Presentation Day will be taking place on Saturday 7th May 2022.
Tickets This is a ticket only event so please purchase all your tickets using the link. Please make sure you purchase your tickets by Saturday 30 April All player tickets are £1.00 to include food and free entry into the raffle. Adult and siblings 12 and over are £8.00 each with siblings aged between 3-11 £4.00 and £1.00 for under 3.
Raffle Raffle tickets will be available to purchase at £1, cash only. The raffle will be drawn following the end of the later presentation.
Timings 4.00-4.30pm Doors open with the award presentation for U6 – U11 starting promptly at 4.30pm. Parents/carers will be asked to take their seats in the marquee before the awards start. Each team will remain with their coaches in the clubhouse to await their turn to take part in their ceremony. After their ceremony they will exit the marquee with their coaches and move to the food marquee. Parents are requested to remain in the marquee to support all the teams coming through but to also ensure the awards can run smoothly.
Food and Disco available from 6.00pm – 7.30pm the bar will be open from 4.00pm until closing time.
Doors open at 6.00pm for U12, U13/U14, U15, Colts and Girls. Parents/carers/players will be asked to take their seats in the marquee before the awards start at 7.30pm prompt. Each team will have an allocated table in the marquee so that they can sit together, we kindly ask guests to sit on non-reserved tables. Each team will remain in the marquee after their award ceremony.
The disco will re-start following the final presentaion until closing so please stay and enjoy the evening with us.

Dress Code All players should wear a pale blue shirt and club tie. Newly registered players who have not previously had one will all receive a tie on the day. There will be a “tie check-in desk” on the day. Replacement ties can be purchased for £10 junior tie, £15 adult tie.
We are all excited to be able to hold this event for the first time in 3 years to recognise everyone’s achievements this season. We look forward to seeing you there!
