CORONAVIRUS STATEMENT TEWKESBURY TIGERS:
Everyone is aware of the concerns about coronavirus 19 and we want to reassure all our children and parents that we are carefully monitoring the situation and will act on advice given by the government and GRFU. We have a busy weekend with matches as well as the Evesham Festival and whilst professional clubs and matches have cancelled matches currently there is no suspension at grass root level so at this time the club have deemed that there is no need to cancel any matches this weekend. Evesham Festival have contacted us and have told us that they have put in place additional hygiene stations. We would remind everyone to ensure they continually wash their hands, keep hydrated, use your own drinks bottle but if anyone feels unwell they should advise their coach by text or email and remain at home and follow government/NHS advice.
This is a fast moving issue where advice changes frequently, but we can assure you that our players and coaching staffs safety is our priority and we will continue to follow advice and act accordingly.
