Tewkesbury 31 v 10 Evesham
The game today was a cracker for all the right reasons, the Vineyards pitch had soaked up the rain and left a good surface to play fast attractive skill full rugby.
Tewkesbury overcome Evesham through fast attacking and stubborn defence, confidence led to positive play. Josh Johansen earned Man of the Match through quick distribution and applying pressure around the scrum.

Tewkesbury 19 v 26 Chosen Hill
Chosen Hill started strongly to gain a healthy lead whilst Tewkesbury stubbornly through great tackling minimised Chosen Hills chances. The second half saw Tewkesbury attacking and matching Chosen Hill , the game was competitive with both teams playing hard and skilful rugby.
M.o.M, awarded to Cameron Storrar for his excellent tackling this day

Bristol North 62 Tewkesbury 10.
The game proved to be a hard fought event, Tewkesbury were beaten by a team who were a heavier, taller side that used there advantage to the maximum. Tewkesbury had an even amount of play but just couldn’t break through.
M.O.Match was given to Dane Gilson Clark who tackled and often broke down Bristol Norths momentum. A retired P.E Teacher commented on the attitude of the team on there spirit to play great rugby through the game ,an outstanding team of players
Terry and I admired your determination, resolve and spirit throughout the game
Tim Johansen Coach.

Old Richians 38 – Tewkesbury 42
We found ourselves playing on a cold and foggy morning at Old Richians with both teams knowing this would be a good game as history has proven over the last few years.
Once again Tewkesbury started poorly with Old Richians showing the way scoring three unanswered tries in the 9th, 11th and 17th minutes respectively. All three tries were converted. Tewkesbury rallied a little and scored through N.Knight after an excellent solo run by E.Perry. Tewkesbury missed the conversion. The game then yo-yo’d with Richians scoring again and converting after a number of missed tackles by Tewkesbury. O. Osbourne then scored and converted for Tewkesbury.
The second half showed a different and resilient Tewkesbury side who after conceding a 5th and 6th try to Old Richians came back into the game strongly with N. Knight scoring and S.Thomas converting and S.Thomas scoring and B.Roberts converting. We then saw S.Thomas kick over the Richains defence with N.Knight robbing the ball off the catcher and passing to O.Osbourne who ran in his second try of the game and N.Knight converted. From the kick off Tewkesbury took the ball forward and after three amazing dummies J.Brinn scored to bring the try count to 6 all. The conversion was missed.
An excellent committed game by both teams. Well done all.
